·        Created new Kitchen/Family Room area by integrating three existing spaces.

·        Kitchen ceiling trim integrates with reproduction lighting fixtures.

·        New Master Bedroom closets are trimmed to look like built in furniture.

·        New oak stairway to second floor designed in Arts & Crafts style.

·        Second floor corridor trimmed with oak wainscot to match existing details.

·        New second floor Bedrooms exhibit cathedral ceilings with exposed hardwood beams.

         Renovation of early 20th century residence

·        Created new second floor addition including Master Bedroom with private Bath and Deck, and two additional Bedrooms with a shared Bath.

·        Combined two small rooms with the existing Kitchen to create a new Family/ Dining Room.

·        Reconfigured the Kitchen and rear Entry to provide greater storage and improved circulation.

·        Integrated existing Porch and Dining Room into new Entry Hall with new oak stairway and storage closets.

·        Created 475 square feet addition to the second floor, including two bedrooms and an additional bath.

·        Integrated additions with existing details both inside and out for seamless appearance.

·        Designed addition to straddle existing non-structural garage with new stilt-like structural system.

·        Renovated abandoned building into two Bedroom, two Bath residence.

·        Addition at rear of building included basement, first and second floors.

·        Completely reconfigured gutted interiors, to provide contemporary convenience with Victorian charm.

·        Restored building exterior using historic materials and finishes in compliance with Landmark Neighborhood requirements.

         Renovation of mid 20^th century contemporary ranch style

         residence

·        Relocated the Kitchen to provide more light and space, adjacent to the Dining and Living Rooms.

·        Moved the Laundry Room out of the basement to the old Kitchen location for greater convenience.

·        Enlarged the deck overlooking the pool and covered it with a roof that enhances the home’s character.

·        Designed new features such as: Built-in entertainment center, bay window, and wet bar.
